IRELT can be used by most people, but not pregnant women and those with pacemakers. Even if you are diagnosed with a certain disease or use prescription medication, contact your doctor to check that your medications or your disease are not negatively affected by increased body temperature, blood circulation or increased sweating.<\/p>

In the case of implants such as hip joints, knee joints, plates, screws, cerclage and intramedullary nails, they are not heated by the long-wave infrared rays and are not affected by IRELT. If pain is experienced near an implant in connection with treatment with IRELT, use should of course be discontinued. Silicone implants such as nose or ear replacements and breasts absorb the infrared rays. However, silicone only melts at 200 C degrees. IRELT does not cause any harm or anything unfavorable for these implants, however, consult with your doctor or representative of the manufacturer of the implant.<\/p>

Use of IRELT should only normally cause a pleasant feeling, if you experience pain or if any condition worsens from the use of IRELT, you should discontinue use. IRELT is not suitable for you at this time.<\/p>

Infrared light is long-wave rays that are part of a specific segment of the sun’s spectra, and is a form of light energy, which is invisible to the human eye.<\/p>

Most of the sun’s energy comes from the infrared frequency range, and is a form of radiant heat that heats objects directly without surrounding air.<\/p>

Humans, animals and plants naturally absorb the heat from the infrared rays.<\/p>

For example, when we are in direct sunlight, we feel warm as our body absorbs the infrared rays. If a cloud passes by and shadows the sun, we immediately feel colder, this is not because the outside temperature drops, but because the cloud prevents the infrared rays from reaching us.<\/p>

However, infrared light must not be mixed with UV (ultraviolet rays) light, which can burn and damage the skin.<\/p>

Long-wave infrared rays are a form of energy that heats the object directly. This is through a process called conversion.<\/p>

Water molecules and organic matter absorb infrared heat energy easily because their resonance frequency follows the same wave frequency as infrared light.<\/p>

The fact that the human body consists of 70% water is of great importance for the many positive effects of the long-wave infrared rays on the body.<\/p>

IRELT emits long-wave infrared light with a peak wavelength of 1600 Nm. The specially designed high-gloss reflectors efficiently transfer light without heating the surrounding air.<\/p>

To get good results, you usually have to take IRELT treatment ten times for 20 minutes at a time. Best results are obtained by starting to take 1-2 times a day for 4-5 days. Usually, the first treatment helps.<\/div>

Distance about 30 cm or so that it feels comfortable.
Wear protective glasses that come with the package when you take a facial treatment.<\/div>

  • Place the device on a stable and even surface<\/li>
  • Place at least 30 cm from the body or so that it feels comfortable<\/li>
  • The screen can be angled in different positions for the right angle<\/li>
  • Put on the protective glasses<\/li>
  • Then start IRELT treatment by pressing the start button<\/li>
  • Treat for 20 minutes<\/li>
  • Do not exceed a radiation time of 20 minutes per session and 3 sessions per day<\/li>
  • Disconnect the device from the mains when the treatment is finished.<\/li>
  • Remember to drink water before and after the treatment<\/li><\/ul>
    Please note that the lamp will be hot. Allow it to cool before storing.<\/div>
